your 240V satellite decoder to straight 12V

Exhaustive testing and superb design with twin heat
sinks to keep board running cool. Input voltage from 11V to 28V meaning
you can run direct from your battery or via a cigarette socket. Low power
consumption of only 0.65A so you'll no longer need to run an inverter.
Smart design meets strict electro-magnetic interference (EMI) standards
with low ripple and noise. Full 12 month warranty. Board comes complete
with heavy duty fused cigarette lead. Included is the 240V DC power
adapter so you can run the decoder on 240V as well, while in caravan parks
and save your precious battery power. Easy installation.
SATELLITE TV: The remote area broadcast
service now known as Aurora serves communities within Australia that are
out of range of TV transmitters. This service is also available to
travellers. The advantage of satellite TV is that the broadcast is
in digital format for perfect reception and is available anywhere in
Australia with the right equipment As long as the dish can be
pointed towards the North/North Eastern sky and is clear of obstructions
you will get reception guaranteed.
With my caravan kit or the fixed
installation, when aligned to the Optus C1 Satellite will enable you to
watch free to air and is compatible with most Satellite Pay TV
services. Select TV operates on a different satellite the Pas 8 and
must be tuned to this satellite.
As a caravan and camper for many years
with numerous trips around Australia and the Outback I have put together a
kit which I think will handle your TV viewing in all the places you are
likely to be. I am not going to make any nonsense claim that my
system is better than any other system as they all do the same job.
Only the price and what you get for it is what I am offering and a 7 day
backup service.
Many claims are made by TV antenna
manufacturers that their antennas will work anywhere in Australia NOT
TRUE!!! Any antenna regardless of design depends on land based
transmitters to broadcast sufficient signal to the antenna in order to
view a satisfactory picture on the TV. Most caravan antennas have a
booster to amplify weak signals. However, most inland and remote
areas of Australia do not have transmitter coverage so even with an
amplifier, there's nothing to amplify!
So let me improve your TV viewing with
crystal clear TV where ever you go with a Travelsat Satellite
System. With simple and easy set up instruction in around 10
minutes, you'll be watching digital quality pictures like you've never
experienced before.
